Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind prior to your order being dispatched, contact us and we'll happily change or refund your order as needed.

Due to the preloved nature of our books, we do not offer change of mind returns if your order has already been posted. However, we want our customers to be happy, so if you still wish to return your book bundle, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve your issue. 

Change of mind returns are accepted on the rest of our products, provided the item is still in it's original packaging and condition, and a return request has been lodged within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the pre-loved nature of our books, our book bundles are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty and Damaged Items

We check all our products before packing them, and package them with protection, but if a product arrives faulty or broken, we can issue a refund or a replacement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please note that melted or broken sweet treats are not considered a faulty item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
