Book Curation:

We pride ourselves on finding the perfect book for each reader. We will use your preferences and reading history to select a book that you're sure to love.  

So we don't send you a book that you have read before, please include any links to Bookstagram, Goodreads, Fable or other similar accounts. You can also send us any spreadsheets, photos of reading trackers, your Kindle history - even a photo of your bookshelf will do! Just email any photos or files to hello@thesheetmaskbookclub.com.au 💕

If you don't have any of the above, don't worry. We'll find you a book that hasn't been widely read in the hopes that it's new to you too, but please note that in this case, there's always a chance that you may receive a book you've read before.

All books are preloved, but in excellent or near-new condition. We're helping keep books out of the landfill :)

We'll make sure your goodies match any dietary and skincare requirements. Just let us know anything we should keep in mind here, or email us at any time to edit/update your preferences.

For non-tea-drinkers, we are currently investigating coffee & hot chocolate options. Leave a note if you prefer one of those options :)

Your Exclusive Code:

We'll issue you a unique code within 2 days of creating your subscription. With this code, you'll be able to shop online at any time and bypass shipping payments. All purchases made using this code will be shipped with the next delivery of your book bundle. 

Subscription & Recurring Payments:

Your first payment will be taken when placing your order. After that, payments will be automatically deducted from the same payment method on the 15th of each month. 

Shipping:

Your custom book bundle will be shipped to arrive by the start of each month.

If your first order is placed between the 15th to the 30th of the month, we will prepare and dispatch your book bundle as soon as possible, but at most within 5 business days. Your first book bundle may arrive a little after the 1st of the coming month. 

Examples:

• First order placed on 5th February, book bundle shipped 22 Feb to arrive by 1st March. The next payment will be deducted 15 March, and the next book bundle will arrive by 1 April.
• First order placed on 13th February, book bundle shipped 22 Feb to arrive by 1st March. The next payment will be deducted 15 March, and the next book bundle will arrive by 1 April.
• First order placed on 22nd February, book bundle shipped 27 Feb and arrives 7 March. The next payment will be deducted 15 March, and the next book bundle will arrive by 1 April.

Pausing, Skipping or Cancelling Your Subscription:

Life happens! If you ever need to skip a month, pause your subscription indefinitely or cancel it altogether, you can do so easily from your customer account.

Please note that if your custom book bundle has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel/refund that month's order.
